Abstract

본 조사는 2006년 2월부터 2007년 1월까지 12개월에 걸쳐 북한 원산 연안에서 형망에 의해 어획되어 주문진 검역소로 수입되어지는 대복을 실험에 사용하였다. 총 표본수는 3,899개체였고, 비만도를 통하여 추정한 대복의 산란기는 7-8월이며, 주산란기는 8월로 조사되었다. 대복의 패각에 나타난 윤문은 연 1회 형성되는 주기성 윤문으로, 주 윤문형성시기는 7월로 조사되어, 산란 후 초륜이 형성되기까지의 기간은 약 11개월 (0.92년) 로 나타났다. 대복의 상대성장식은 다음과 같다. SH = 0.7405 SL + 0.2227 (<TEX>$R^2$</TEX> = 0.9671) SW = 0.3657 SL + 0.4253 (<TEX>$R^2$</TEX> = 0.922) <TEX>$$TW=0.4274{\times}10^{-3}{\times}SL^{2.7876}$$</TEX> (<TEX>$R^2$</TEX> = 0.9591) 대복의 von Bertalanffy 성장식은 다음 식을 통해 나타낼 수 있었다. <TEX>$$SL_t=70.80(1-e^{-0.217(t+0.367)})$$</TEX> <TEX>$$TW_t=(1-e^{-0.217(t+0.367)})^{2.7876}$$</TEX> The age and growth of Gomphina (Macridiscus) veneriformis sampled from February 2006 to January 2007 on the Wonsan coast of East Sea were determined from 3,899 shell. Age of Gomphina (Macridiscus) veneriformis was estimated from the ring on the surface of shell. The relationship between shell length (SL) and shell height (SH) was expressed by the following equation : SH = 0.7405 SL + 0.2227 (<TEX>$R^2$</TEX> = 0.9671), and shell length (SL) and shell width (SW) was highly correlated by the equation : SW = 0.3657 SL + 0.4253 (<TEX>$R^2$</TEX> = 0.922). The relationship between shell length (SL) and total weight (TW) was also expressed by the following equation : <TEX>$TW=0.4274{\times}10^{-3}{\times}SL^{2.7876}$</TEX> (<TEX>$R^2$</TEX> = 0.9591). The main spawning periods was estimated August through fatness index analysis. Based on the monthly variations in the marginal index (MI) of the shell, it is assumed that the ring of this species was formed once a year during the period of July.
