Abstract
У статті оцінено роль поліморфізму Gln27Glu гена β2-адренорецепторів у формуванні порушень вуглеводного та ліпідного обміну в пацієнтів з ішемічною хворобою серця (ІХС) й ожирінням.Проведено комплексне обстеження 222 пацієнтів з ІХС та ожирінням. У дослідженні визначали показники вуглеводного, ліпідного обміну і алельний поліморфізм Gln27Glu гена β2-адренорецепторів.Поєднаний перебіг ІХС й ожиріння характеризується гіперінсулінемією та інсулінорезистентністю на тлі нормоглікемії, що асоційовано з G/G-генотипом поліморфізму Gln27Glu гена β2-адренорецепторів. G/G-генотип поліморфізму Gln27Glu гена β2-адренорецепторів у пацієнтів з ІХС пов’язаний із підвищенням індексу маси тіла та рівня тригліцеридів. У нашому дослідженні ми представили докази впливу генотипу G/G поліморфізму Gln27Glu гена β2-адре-норецепторів у пацієнтів з ІХС й ожирінням на стан вуглеводного та ліпідного обміну. Гомозиготи (G/G) мали підвищений рівень інсуліну, тригліцеридів, індекс маси тіла та інсулінорезистентність.
