Abstract

The researchers looked at how Food-Tech technology applies restaurant service quality and how consumption tendencies affect customer satisfaction and revisit intention. For this study, the general public who visited a catering company that applied Food-Tech technology was surveyed to find out how the quality of service that customers feel when they visit the store and the unique tendency to eat out of the customer correlates with customer satisfaction, and how customer satisfaction affects the intention to return. Through the survey method, a survey was conducted targeting customers who had visited the store, and reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and simple and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS statistical program.
