Abstract

With the emergence of new types of transmissions, the increase of the maximum speeds of wheeled tractors and the application of anti-lock systems, the study of the process of braking of the wheeled tractors with hydrovolumetric and mechanical transmissions has become a burning issue. The article represents the dynamics of the braking process of the wheeled tractors FENDT 900 VARIO with an anti-lock system when running forward and reverse and with a trailer. The article shows the block diagram and the mathematical model of the transmission of tractors FENDT 900 VARIO, as well as the physical and the mathematical models of braking of the wheeled tractors FENDT 900 VARIO. The mathematical models of the braking of the wheeled tractors FENDT 900 VARIO with an anti-lock system when driving forward and reverse, and with a trailer permit to study the effect of the service and emergency braking, of the types of braking system and operating conditions on kinematic, force and energy parameters of the hydrovolumetric and mechanical transmission, as well as the braking efficiency.
