Abstract

Abstract This study was performed to evaluate compressive strength, flexur al strength, static modulus of elasticity, stress-strain rati o and durability of abrasion o nEVA concrete reinforced steel fiber (SF) in order to use hydraulic structures, underground utilities, offshore structures and s tructures being applied soilcontaminated area. It is used ordinary portland cement, crushed coarse aggregate, nature fine aggregate, EVA redispersible polymer powder, superplasticizer and deforming agent to find optimum mix design of EVA concrete reinforced steel fiber. EVA concrete reinforce d SF was effected onthe improvement of mechanical properties and durability of abrasion. Keywords: EVA; steel fiber; compressive strength; flexural strength; modulus of elasticity; stress-strain ratio; durability of abrasion* Department of Agricultural and Rural Engineering, Chungnam National University ** Dohwa Engineering Co., Ltd† Corresponding author Tel.: +82-54-776-9212 FAX: +82-54-776-9213E-mail: nk1314@hanmail.netReceived: August 4, 2014Revised: August 26, 2014Accepted: August 28, 2014
