فعالية برنامج تدريبى مقترح لتنمية أبعاد الأمن الفکرى والذکاء الأخلاقى لدى الطالبات / معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلى فى ضوء تحديات التربية المستقبلية Effectiveness of a proposed training program for Developing Dimensions Intellectual Security and Moral intelligence for Students Teachers of Home Economies In light of Challenges Of Future Education

Abstract

إن المؤسسات التعليمية وخاصة الجامعات منوط بها تحصين الشباب ضد الأفکار الوافدة کما انها احدى مؤسسات المجتمع المدنى والمسئولة عن بناء شخصية الأفراد وصقلها بما يتوافق مع القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية ،ولها دور هام فى بناء السمو الفکرى والأخلاقى وتنميته لدى الطالبات ، لذا استهدف البحث فعالية برنامج مقترح لتنمية الأمن الفکرى والذکاء الأخلاقى لدى الطالبات معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلى فى ضوء تحديات التربية المستقبلية بکلية التربية النوعية، ولتحقيق ذلک تم اختيار عينة البحث وهى تتمثل فى (28) طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة تخصص اقتصاد منزلى،ووضعت أدوات البحث وهى(مقياس الأمن الفکرى ، اختبار الذکاء الأخلاقى)، تم تطبيقهم قبليا وبعديا وکانت نتائجه (توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لأبعاد الأمن الفکرى ومجموعها الکلى، کما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لأبعاد الذکاء الأخلاقى ومجموعها الکلى. کما أوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بتضمين النظرة الإنسانية للتعلم ضمن برامج إعداد معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلى بکلية التربية النوعية ، على أن يتم تدريب الطالبات المعلمات على مراعاة الجوانب الإنسانية فى المحاضرات والتأکيد على الفضائل الأخلاقية وربط الموضوعات بالمشکلات الحياتية والقيم ، وعلى کيفية تخطيط دروسهم باستخدامها وتقديمها للمتعلمين بما يمکنهم من مواجهة الاختلاف بينهم. وبصفة عامة ضرورة ابتکار نسق أخلاقى يهدف الى غرس القيم والفضائل لدى النشء العربى ومعليميهم. In order to achieve this, the research sample was chosen.
