Abstract
ATCIS의 중단사태 발생 시 신속한 대응 및 복구는 조직의 생존능력을 강화한다. 복구를 위한 우선적인 작업은 장애 또는 피해가 발생하지 않은 예비 시스템을 주 시스템으로 전환하는 것이다. ATCIS는 주/예비 시스템 전환 시 자료일치 작업으로 많은 시간이 소요되고 있다. 신속한 주/예비 시스템 전환을 위한 개선방안으로 네트워크 구성 변경을 통하여 주/예비 시스템 간 데이터 전송속도를 개선하였다. 네트워크 구성변경 후 데이터 전송 소요시간은 기존 방식보다 약 5.9배의 전송 소요시간을 감소할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 지상전술 C4I체계(ATCIS)의 특성을 고려하여 일정한 시간이 경과하여 정보의 가치가 없어진 자료를 대상으로 “DB 경량화”를 실시하여 전송할 자료의 양을 감소시킴으로써 자료전송시간을 단축하여 주/예비 시스템 전환 속도를 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
