Abstract

The book serves as a must-have guide to classical literature for researchers. It illustrates the essence of religious and philosophical doctrines which is essential to analyzing and understanding the Uzbek classical literature samples and clarifying author’s ideological point of view. Part I of the book discusses the most widespread themes of the Uzbek classical literature as Divine Love, Eternal Truth, and thematic unity of the story of the prophets with other holy sources as Veda, the Torah and the Bible. Part II of the book mainly focuses on the differences among of Islamic sciences, Islamic knowledge, the science of Kalam, and the difference between Kalam and philosophy, difference between kalam and mysticism; the effect of the doctrine of "Vahdat al-vujud" on the activities of the literary spheres in the Central Asian region and philosophy of Illumination.
