Abstract

In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors influencing the satisfaction and continued use intention of B2C Cross Border e-commerce in China. Our research model includes the system quality factors (accessibility, security, convenience), information quality factors (informativeness), service quality factors (responsiveness, empathy), satisfaction and continued use intention based on IS success model. A survey was conducted to collect the data with users who have had the actual using experience about B2C Cross Border E-commerce platform. In this research, the data were collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 368 users'' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. The result of the study are as follows: the information system quality factors partially give positive effects to perceived satisfaction and logistics service quality factors also partially give positive effects to perceived satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction has positive effect to continued use intention.
