Abstract
Получены новые производные пространственно-затрудненных фенолов и изучена их ДНК-протекторная активность при действии УФ-света. Исходя из полученных экспериментальных данных, исследованные соединения защищают генетический материал как от прямого воздействия УФ-В, так и от АФК, возникающих в клетке под его воздействием, и могут быть перспективными компонентами препаратов, защищающих от ультрафиолетового излучения.
