Abstract
トリパンブルー生体染色とギムザ染色を組み合わせた方法(TG染色法)によりヤギ先体反応精子の判別が可能か否かを検討した.TG染色の結果,ヤギ精子は正常先体を持つ生存精子と死滅精子,正常先体を持たない生存精子と死滅精子の4種類に分けられた.また,同時に行なわれた透明帯除去ハムスター卵子への精子侵入試験の結果から,ハムスター卵子に侵入可能な精子は正常先体を持たない生存精子であることが推定された.TG染色法とトリプルステイン(TS)簡便法を比較した結果,精子の類別結果に差異のないことが明らかにされ,TG染色法ではTS簡便法に比べ染色液の調製および染色手順が一層簡単であることも知られた.これらのことから,TG染色法はTS簡便法以上に有用なヤギ先体反応精子の判別法と考えられる.
