Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study some topical issues of anti-crisis management in the operational and production management of organizations, ensuring their resistance and sustainability in the context of the development of Industry 5.0. Anti-crisis management technologies in operational and production management are becoming more and more important for organizations in the modern operating conditions. In today's world, where industry is developing in the direction of Industry 5.0, ensuring sustainability and resistance in operational and production management is becoming an extremely important task for organizations. In the conditions of Industry 5.0, where flexibility and speed of response to changes in market conditions are important, operational and production management must be adaptive. The ability to effectively respond to the new market demands becomes more crucial. In current conditions protection against cyber-threats is equally important because, it becomes a necessity in light of the interaction of objects through the network. Ensuring sustainability and cyber security of production and operational systems is becoming an integral part of the successful functioning of organizations. In addition, it is important to consider the role of persons in implementing a new technologies and ensuring their effective using. Staff training and supporting their participation in production processes is a key element of sustainable development. In general, technologies of anti-crisis management are a key element for ensuring the stability and success of enterprises in the modern conditions of economic instability and competition. Organizations that successfully ensure resistance and sustainability in operational and production management in the conditions of Industry 5.0, gain the competitive advantages and maintain leading positions in the market. The following measures for the introduction the technologies of anti-crisis management as a tool of operational and production management in the organization, ensuring its resistance and sustainability in the conditions of Industry 5.0 are proposed in the paper: - creation of an anti-crisis committee (a special committee of representatives of key departments, which will be responsible for the development and implementation the strategies of anti-crisis management); - audit of readiness for crisis situations (audit of the organization's readiness for crisis situations, taking into account the features of Industry 5.0 with the identification of potential threats and strengths, for the development of the individual plan of anti-crisis management); - integration of technologies of Industry 5.0 (introduction of innovative technologies that characterize Industry 5.0: artificial intelligence, data analytics, Internet marketing, automated production systems); - development of plans of action in the event of crisis (creation of specific plans of action for various possible crisis scenarios, which includes a quick response to problems in operational and production processes, as well as the effective communication plan for informing all stakeholders); - staff training (staff training on the principles of anti-crisis management and using of the modern technologies); - implementation the systems of monitoring and analysis of datas (using the systems of monitoring and data analysis for the constant tracking of key metrics and indicators that may indicate the possible problems, which will allow timely detection of risks and taking the preventive measures); - effective management of communication (development of clear plan of communication in the conditions of crisis, which includes which includes the means to quickly and effectively inform staff, customers, partners and other stakeholders). These proposals are aimed for creation an integrated and adaptive approach to the anti-crisis management in the conditions of Industry 5.0, which will help to ensure the resistance and sustainability of the organization in the face of possible challenges.
