Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of transformation of social values in the conditions of Industry 5.0. The purpose of the article is to study the prerequisites for changes in social values in society under the influence of digital technologies in the field of industrial production, generating social effects of digitalization of platforms in industry. The research is based on methods of content analysis of scientific texts, economic comparative studies, and logical comparisons. The relevance of the transition to Industry 5.0 as a cyber-social system and the economy of metasystem transformations is considered against the background of contradictory relationships between the social needs of representatives of professional groups in industry and the level of technological development. It is emphasized that the development of Industry 5.0 is expensive, since smart machines and highly qualified employees are needed to increase productivity and efficiency. The main directions of regulation of social values are given in the direction of ensuring controllability of cyber-social processes in ensuring an increase in the quality of life of people based on the use of digital technologies both in the implementation of professional and personal motives of activity.
