Abstract

Modern medical assisted reproductive technologies allow women with infertility problems to find the happiness of motherhood even at a late reproductive age. The study of the morbidity characteristics of preschool children born to women aged 35-45 years after the use of ART, the development of a program of recreational activities to improve their health is an urgent task. The study was conducted on the basis of the Dynasty Medical Center, the following methods were used: sociological (questionnaires), analytical, statistical. To study the health status of children born to women over 35 years of age after the use of ART methods, a representative core group of 648 preschool children (4–6 years old) living in the Samara region. The control group included 649 preschool children (4–6 years old), who were maximally identical to the children of the main group. The analysis of the health status (level and structure of morbidity, distribution by health groups) of children was carried out according to the data on accessibility, medical examinations, the study of the history of the child's development, as well as the data of a survey of mothers about the state of health and social adaptation of children. An analysis was made of the features of the socio-hygienic characteristics, health and lifestyle of mothers raising the examined children. The course of pregnancy and childbirth, morbidity and lifestyle characteristics of mothers were studied according to their questionnaires, copies of data from their outpatient medical records. The results of the study made it possible to develop a set of medical and social measures to improve the health of children.
