Abstract
今回われわれは左主気管支管状切除を行った唾液腺型肺癌の2例を経験したので報告する．症例1は53歳の女性．主訴は胸部異常陰影．術前気管支鏡下生検で腺腫と診断し，左主気管支管状切除・端々吻合術を行った．術後粘表皮癌と診断され，気管支切離断端の悪性所見陽性と判明したため，術後補助放射線療法を施行した．症例2は64歳の女性．主訴は咳嗽．気管支鏡検査で腫瘍は血管に富んでおり出血の懸念があったため術前に生検は行わずに手術を行った．左主気管支を約3 cm管状切除し，腫瘍の術中迅速組織診で腺様囊胞癌と診断，追加切除した中枢側の気管支切離断端の組織診でも悪性所見が陽性であり，術後補助放射線療法を施行した．2症例ともに現在も再発所見を認めず外来通院中である．
