Abstract

State arbitration to consider economic disputes. The adoption by the CEC of the USSR and the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR of the Regulations on the State Arbitration determined only the general provisions of the activities of the State Arbitration (the purpose of the activity, the system of bodies, etc.), however, the all-Union regulation on the arbitration process was not adopted. The arbitration process developed spontaneously, in certain directions, which eventually led to the first “arbitration procedure code”, published in 1934.
