واقع إدارة المدارس الثانویة فی دولة الکویت فی ضوء أزمة (کوفید 19) The Status-Quo of the Secondary School Administration in the State of Kuwait under (Covid 19) Crisis

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع إدارة المدارس الثانوية في دولة الکويت في ضوء أزمة (کوفيد19)، والتوصل لبعض المقترحات لإدارة المدارس الثانوية في دولة الکويت، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (50) مدير مدرسة ثانوية بدولة الکويت، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة لبعض المقترحات التي قد تسهم في تحسين إدارة المدارس الثانوية في دولة الکويت في ضوء الأزمات مثل أزمة (کوفيد19). This study aimed to identify the status-quo of the secondary school administration in the State of Kuwait under Covid 19 crisis. The study also aimed to provide some recommendations concerning the secondary school administration in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of (50) secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait. More importantly, the study made use of the descriptive method and developed some recommendations which might contribute to improving the administration of the secondary schools in the State of Kuwait under crises such as the Covid 19 one.
