Abstract

The article considers the problems of competitive activity among the young table tennis players under performing playing techniques and the errors number. Very low efficiency has been observed in the following actions: top-spin to the left, the complicated serve, cutting from the right and movement at the table, and underperforming the final blow. The errors rate when performing the elements was 31%. Technical actions of the young tennis players aged 11-13 years in the competitive conditions suggest that in the difficult conditions the young players are not able to effectively perform a variety of technical methods.
