Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 최근 국내에서 발표한 도서관 분류법 분야의 연구 논문을 분석하여 그 특징을 파악하고 연구방향을 제시하는데 있다. 2004년부터 2013년까지 10년 동안 국내 학회지에 발표된 도서관 분류법에 관한 연구를 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 주요 내용은 KDC, DDC, 기타 분류법에 관한 연구가 포함되었다. 도서관 분류법 연구의 특징은 KDC의 개정안 및 수정판에 대한 연구가 주를 이루었으며, 다른 분류법 연구 역시 KDC 발전과 연계된 연구가 많았다. 제언으로 첫째, 학교도서관 혹은 작은도서관에 적합한 분류법에 대한 연구, 둘째, 디지털자료에 적합한 분류법에 대한 연구, 셋째, 학문분야 혹은 주제별 분류법 개발을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the characteristics in the current library classification research, and to provide suggestions for the future in this area. This study covers the published studies in library classification from 2004 to 2013. They include the research on Korean Decimal Classification (KDC), Dewey Decimal Classification and others. The results show that the main purpose in those studies is to improve current KDC system. A suggestion is provided in this study to concentrate on specific classification systems for school libraries and small libraries, for digital collections.
