Abstract
がん性悪臭は患者のquality of lifeを低下させるため, その管理が重要である. がん性悪臭の対策として, 嫌気性菌に抗菌活性を示すメトロニダゾール軟膏, クリンダマイシン軟膏, カデキソマーヨウ素軟膏が使用されてきたが, いまだがん性悪臭の管理が十分とはいいがたく, その改善が求められる. 今回, カデキソマーヨウ素軟膏でコントロール不良であったがん性悪臭の症例に対し, クリンダマイシンとカデキソマーヨウ素軟膏を混合したクリンダマイシン・カデキソマーヨウ素混合軟膏を使用した. その結果, がん性悪臭や滲出液は軽減した. また, 皮膚障害などの有害事象を認めることなく安全に使用することができた. クリンダマイシン・カデキソマーヨウ素混合軟膏は, カデキソマーヨウ素軟膏の単独使用に比べて難治性悪臭に有効である可能性が示唆された.
