Abstract

The article outlines the dynamics of output, prices, wages, employment and various indicators characterizing the financial situation of enterprises during the pandemic period. It is shown that output and employment decreased during the covid period not as considerably as it was expected, and the indicators characterizing prices increased very significantly. Inflation processes unfolded during this period more actively than the indicators of physical output and employment decreased. Being at very low values by the beginning of the covid period, the financial situation of the surveyed enterprises significantly improved by its end and returned to the highs of the pre-pandemic period, and in terms of profitability and the share of companies who consider the probability of their bankruptcy in the coming year or two unrealistic, reached record highs for the entire observation period.
