Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of stress on exercise exhaustion and job satisfaction for Korea ladies professional golf players. A survey was conducted on all players who participated in the ‘KLPGA HighOne Resort Ladies Open 2021’ and analyzed the data of a total of 111 players. Data processing was conducted using SPSS/WIN 23.0 for frequency analysis, factor analysis principal component analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple session analysis. The results are as follow: First, economic stress and family and coach stress had a positive effect on physical/mental exhaustion, lack of achievement, and valueless. However, exercise performance functional stress negatively affected valueless. Second, family and coach stress had a negative effect on job satisfaction. However, exercise performance functional stress had a positive effect on intrinsic satisfaction. Third, valueless had a negative effect on job satisfaction. In addition, lack of achievement negatively affected intrinsic satisfaction.
