Abstract
The article explores the preconditions and prospects of activity of social enterprises in Ukraine, identifies the theoretical foundations of the institute of social entrepreneurship and its social role; the processes of formation and functioning of social enterprises are analyzed, as well as the tools for financial support of their activity; the problem aspects of functioning and possible directions of development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine are revealed. Object of the study - social relations related to the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine The purpose of the study is to explore ways to develop social entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
