간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 간호과정 수행능력과 근거기반실무역량과의 관계

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 400병상 이상 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사들의 비판적 사고성향, 간호과정 수행능력과 근거기반실무역량 수준을 파악하고, 비판적 사고성향, 간호과정 수행능력과 근거기반실무역량과의 관계를 파악하여 근거기반실무역량 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계 연구로 종합병원에 근무하는 262명의 간호사를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지를 통해 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 통계 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 간호과정 수행능력과 근거기반실무역량은 중정도 이상의 수준이었고 간호사의 근거기반실무역량은 비판적 사고성향 (r=.42, p <.001), 간호과정 수행능력 (r=.58, p <.001)과 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 비판적 사고성향 (<TEX>${\beta}=.34$</TEX>, p <.001)과 간호과정 수행능력 (<TEX>${\beta}=.57$</TEX>, p <.001)은 근거기반실무역량에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해서 간호사의 근거기반실무역량 향상을 위해서 간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 간호과정 수행능력의 향상을 위한 전략이 요구되어진다. The purpose of this study was to identify relationship among critical thinking, nursing process competency and evidence based practice competency of nurses working in middle sized hospitals. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from 262 nurses working in the three hospitals located in G and P city using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. Nurses' evidence-based practice competency had positive correlation with critical thinking disposition (r=.42, p <.001) and nursing process competency (r=.58, p <.001). Full model accounted for 65.1% of evidence-based practice competency by nursing process competency (<TEX>${\beta}=.57$</TEX>, p <.001), critical thinking disposition (<TEX>${\beta}=.34$</TEX>, p <.001), critical thinking educational experience (<TEX>${\beta}=.11$</TEX>, p=.004), Master's degree (<TEX>${\beta}=.09$</TEX>, p=.032). Conclusion: o increase evidence-based practice competency of nurses, it is required to develop critical thinking disposition and nursing process competency of nurses.
