Abstract
The object of the study, which formed the basis of this article was the activity of the head of the local agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and the subject are psychological technologies that contribute to the constructive implementation of the functions of managing of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The aim of the work is to improve and optimize the process of using psychological technologies in the activities of the head of the local agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as developing recommendations for managers on the use of psychological technologies in activities and for psychological services staff on organizing training for managers of psychological technologies. The methods of research used in this scientific work are the analysis and systematization of scientific and psychological literature on the subject of the study; content analysis of voice and written communications records of AIA managers about the process of their interaction with subordinates; the method of expert assessments (heads of AIA and practical psychologists of AIA acted as experts); focused group interview; questioning; statistical data processing methods. The scientific novelty of the research focuses on expanding, supplementing and refining scientific views on management activities and analyzing trends in the practical use of psychological technologies in the activities of the head of the local agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The practical significance of the results lies in substantiating, firstly, the possibility of using psychological technologies in the activities of the head of the local agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and secondly the main directions of improving of psychological technologies that contribute to the constructive implementation of the functions of managing the local agencies of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
