Abstract

One of the main reasons of failure of parts of gas turbines is damage to the edges of the blades. Therefore, the repair of blades often comes down to the restoration of damaged edges, which is much cheaper than buying new parts. However, the repair is made manually, highly labour-intensive and require high accuracy during the restoration of the form and dimensions of the parts. Besides repair of the damaged blades requires the definition and nature of damage, so each case the recovery of the scapula in the traditional repair - individual. As practice has shown, the use of modular system simplifies and speeds up the processes of development and production facilities, provides the basis for their automation and computer technology. The principles of modular technologies, used in various fields of engineering and technology, include carrying out the classification of the elements required parameters, selection of intermediate object, between the object and the item, the view object as a set of modules with inherent functions. We propose a modular group method of refurbishment of gas turbine unit blades of gas pumping stations. One of the advantages of the proposed technology for blades refurbishment is the possibility of providing high quality module-inserts, treated by ion-plasma and ion-implantation methods significantly increasing life and reliability of the blades. The developed technology has allowed to considerably reduce the price of process of repair parts for gas turbine installations to increase its quality and resource work recovered blades.
