Abstract

Along with gaining combat experience, military personnel involved in the Joint Force operation are physically and psychologically injured. By participating in hostilities, military personnel are in a situation that threatens their lives for a long time, they are indirectly experiencing the death, injury and injury of their fellow warriors, and psychological tension is maintained by constant negative expectations. Creating an effective system of psychological assistance and rehabilitation in the present day is possible only under the understanding of the stress factors of combat activity and their impact on the personality, behavior and moral and psychological status of the personnel. Purpose. Аnalysis of stress factors and their impact on the soldier's personality, his behavior and moral and psychological state. Methods . The theoretical methods of research were used to solve the problems set in the work: analysis of scientific sources on the problem of research, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Originality . For the first time, stress factors that negatively affect the psyche, behavior and moral and psychological state of the personnel involved in the operations of the Joint Forces have been analyzed and the need for further improvement of the system of psychological assistance and rehabilitation has been substantiated. Conclusion: 1. Therefore, the modern battle places high demands on the personnel of the troops (forces) and its moral and psychological status. Everyone perceives a life-threatening situation depending on their own understanding of the purpose of hostilities, values, the level of psychological and military training, the attitude to the enemy, colleagues, the level of confidence in the commanders, the level of team cohesion, etc. 2. Ingeneral, the effective activity of personnel in combat conditions requires: a high level of motivation of behavior to perform the assigned task; high level of formation of moral and combat qualities; military and professional skills; the ability to quickly adapt to the combat environment, the ability to overcome the impact of negative factors of combat, the coherence of military teams and more. 3. One of the effective tools for overcoming the psycho-traumatic factors of combat activity by the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the Defense Forces is the creation of an effective system of providing psychological assistance and rehabilitation, which should include psycho-diagnostic, psychotherapeutic, psychocorrective preventive measures, and using individual group forms of psychosocial work and be conducted at the strategic, operational and tactical level of military management. 4.We see prospects for further research in substantiating the recommendations for improving the system of psychological assistance and rehabilitation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
