Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate relationship among school organizational justice, teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness of perceived physical education teachers. All 210 questionaries were collected by using a convenience sampling method from physical education teachers in G metropolitan and J province area. All data were analyzed by SPSS statistics program ver. 25.0(frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis). The results of this study is summarized as in the following. First, the sub-factors(distributive and procedural justice) of school organizational justice in perceived physical education positively influence the sub-factors(job satisfaction and organization adaptation) in organizational effectiveness.<BR> Second, the sub-factor(distributive justice) of school organizational justice in perceived physical education positively affects the sub-factors(leverage, ability, meaningfulness and self-determination) in empowerment. Moreover, the sub-factor(procedural justice) has a strong effect on the sub-factor (self-determination). Third, the sub-factors(leverage, ability, meaningfulness and self-determination) in empowerment have statistical effects on the sub-factors(job satisfaction and organizational adaptation) in organizational effectiveness. The organization effectiveness of physical education teachers is going to be essential factors for achieving the effective purpose of school sports. therefore, in order to improve the organizational effectiveness of physical education teachers, effort to improve fairness in school organization and teacher empowerment should be continued.
