Abstract

The experience of implementing strategic communications with the security forces of foreign countries on a broad textual material is analyzed in this article. The features of strategic communications as a set of compulsory communicative methods and tools aimed at the achieving strategic goals that go beyond the traditional notion of communication are revealed. The leading role of strategic communications for the process of fulfilling professional tasks by future officers is outlined. The planning of operations with the information field plays a key role in this process. The analysis of the European Union's experience in conducting purposeful communication campaigns in the foreign policy context «Strategic Communication», aimed at creating a positive image of the EU and counteracting disinformation, the creation of a platform in the form of various organizations for the implementation of strategic communication with military structures, was carried out. The practical measures of Germany as a country considered one of the most successful in the security of its citizens in terms of activating key strategies and tactics in this direction are considered. Relevant scientific basis for implementation of the strategic approach «Strategic communication» in the Bundeswehr, which is of fundamental importance for the establishment of the country's security, has been identified. It is clarified: awareness of future Bundeswehr officers in the field of strategic communications begins at military educational institutions in the form of trainings, meetings, conferences and seminars with the participation of representatives of society and civilian higher educational institutions. The new approach in the work of the military with the community is the conducting general classes on media training with students of civilian profile higher education. The main principle of such training is the idea that a modern military should acquire not only vocational and tactical knowledge in the process of education, but also have the preparation for skilled communicative work, which involves decision-making in a conflict situation and the ability to respond adequately to problems using strategic communications and tactics. A critical analysis of the above suggests that it is appropriate to use all rational, but taking into account national peculiarities, structures of military units and the process of training Ukrainian cadets.
