Abstract

The article revealed peculiarities of Kyivstar activity. Priority directions of its development are defined, the main indicators of its activity in the dynamics for 2016-2019 years are given. Organizational structure of "Kyivstar" management and functional obligations of the company employees were considered. The algorithm of the decision-making process at Kyivstar was constructed according to the modern management structure. The directions of improvement of managerial decision-making process at Kyivstar are suggested, the main of which is delegation of powers of middle and basic control management.
