Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of Expectancy-Disconfirmation Model in relationships among sport stadium facility, team Image and corporate image. For this research, The questionnaires were distributed to male and female who visit Suwon worldcup stadium to watch the game, Suwon VS Kwangju & Suwon VS Ulsan. Out of 300 samples, 282 samples were only used in this study in order to analyze the effect. Data processing was analyzed using SPSS WIN ver. 15.0 for the frequency analysis, the correlation analysis and the multiple regression analysis. The confirmatory factor analysis and the structural equation model analysis were analyzed using AMOS 7.0. The results of this study were as follows; First, Expectation of stadium facility doesn`t have a significant effect on disconfirmation. but only two factors, Facility aesthetics and Scoreboards, have a negative effect on disconfirmation. Second, Perceived performance of stadium facility has a positive effect on disconfirmaiton. and all six factors, facility parking, facility aesthetics, scoreboards, seat, space allocation and signage, have a positive effect on disconfirmation. Third, Disconfirmation of stadium facility has a positive effect on Team image. On the other hand, disconfirmation of stadium facility doesn`t have a significant effect on Corporate image. Forth, Team image which is based on disconfirmation have a positive effect on Corporate image.
