Abstract

The paper analyzes the main trends and specifics of the condition in modern Russian society in conjunction with the activity practices of the population and social capital. The key modes of social capital, their integration, which creates conditions for the implementation innovative strategies in socio-economic practices. The trust imperatives in institutional and interpersonal levels are observed and the factors causing the specifics of their manifestation in modern conditions are identified. Trust imperatives conjugation of with the processes of civil identity formation is noted and the mechanisms of society consolidation in the conditions of paradigmatic shifts and triggers of innovative development are analyzed. The sociocultural and socio-psychological factors that are decisive for the creation of adequate interactions both in the “state – society” system and in interpersonal level are considered. It is highlighted that currently in Russian society qualitatively new modes of social capital are being formed, focused on innovative breakthrough and sustainable development.
