Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop conceptual and methodological parameters of a sociological research of the formation of a socio-investment model of regional governance in Russian society. The methodological basis of the research is based on the principles, attitudes and cognitive capabilities of such approaches and methods as: spatial approach to the study of the region, theory of management and sociological diagnostics, activity and activist approach, social modeling. Research results: a socio-investment model of regional management is proposed as a given image of regional processes functioning in the coordinates of the present and the projection of future development under the influence of local and all-Russian spatial features. The author's conceptual framework has been developed, within which the socio-investment model of regional governance is defined as a conscious regulatory activity in the aggregate of managerial influences aimed at improving the level and quality of life of regional society, individual social groups through investments (tangible and intangible) in the social sphere; the main indicator of the sociological dimension of the formation of this model is the activity of subjects of regional governance – regional authorities, higher education and business. Prospects for the study are determined by the need to assess the current conditions and barriers to the formation of a socio-investment model of regional governance in the heterogeneous space of Russian regions. To study them, the conceptual and methodological foundations of the study of this model were determined from the standpoint of the tradition of social modeling and sociological diagnostics that has developed in the sociology of management.
