Abstract

The results of the analysis of the state of scientific research in the field of modern principles of computer intellectualization of information processing and development of theoretical and conceptual bases of architectural - structural organization of distributed computing networks in the field of railway power engineering have been presented. The topicality of scientific problem, namely – the creation of modern toolkit with intellectual properties oriented to control and optimize railway electricity supply, as well as to form and accumulate new knowledge has been grounded. It is shown that the necessity of carrying more in-depth study of stochastic processes of energy system functioning to significantly increase the level of informativeness is dominant in the creation of new knowledge in the railway power engineering. Methodology to use mathematical apparatus of differential transformations for studying informativeness depth of the energy system processes has been developed. A set of interrelated principles of intellectual - computer environment organization as an intellectual instrument on a background of innovation and investment transformation of power supply systems has been proposed. A set of methods for the synthesis of architecture of intelligent - computer environment, with the method of investigation of common properties of the topology of distributed railway and computer networks, mathematical models, methods and algorithms being the fundamental has been developed on the basis of the proposed principles.
