Abstract

The article highlights the factors of occurrence and development of professional burnout and its prevention and correction of future social workers. Emotional burnout syndrome is a phenomenon that leads to negative changes in the structure of the subject, promotes reducing of the professional activity’s efficiency in the social sphere. The article suggests a study of professional burnout as a destructive trend of personal professional development, tracking the dynamics of the development of the main components of this phenomenon and mechanisms of their occurrence. The author analyzed different approaches to the definition of factors and symptoms. Stages of emotional burnout syndrome’s development were highlighted and its various components were defined in the article. The article considers the basic manifestation of the deformation and syndrome of «professional burnout» of the professionals of the social sphere. Efficient methods of prevention and overcoming of the stated phenomena are characterized. This research is closely connected with working out the technology of mobility formation for the university graduates within their academic period.
