Abstract

The review reflects publications devoted to the theoretical issues of creating a unified concept of harmonization of legal regulation in the field of employment. The possibilities of forming labor relations in the conditions of a growing «snowball» of changes affecting labor and employment are revealed - automation as the replacement of human labor with machine labor, digitalization as the transformation of physical objects and documents into digital and plat-formization as the spread of digital platforms. The main objectives of the authors of the publications is to substantiate the changes in the current regulatory legal framework of labor relations.
