Abstract

In order to reveal the theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem of formation of social leadership in future social workers, the generalization of issues to the structure and organization of this activity in the process of professional training was carried out. The separation of different scientific approaches to modeling the professional training of students - future social workers made it possible to predict the results and identify optimal ways to ensure their high level. Separately the structural-functional model of the problem research has already been built, which defines its goal, namely the actualization of modeling of social leadership in future social workers in the process of professional training. An example of the author's structural-functional model of formation of social leadership in future social workers in the process of professional training is given and its essence is revealed. The components of the model (target, organizational, content-methodical, diagnostic) are in the article, which are combined with each other and reveal the features of the formation of social leadership of social workers. The identified components represent the main structural elements of the system of social leadership formation to the specified activities: purpose, objectives, principles, organizational and pedagogical conditions, structure and main activities of the “School of Social Leadership – Student”, criteria, indicators, levels and results. Methodological principles contributed to the identification of optimal research methods: analysis, comparison and synthesis of scientific literature on modeling social leadership in the training of social workers, abstraction and design of the model of social leadership in future social workers in training, systematization and generalization of modeling.
