The article reveals the essence, importance and role of sustainability reporting of the economic subject at this stage of economic relations. Znanevaya economy is realized with the right information content. Each economic entity of the country under these conditions should form a complete, balanced and credible reporting on the sustainability of its development. Such reporting would allow, on the one hand, stakeholders to obtain information on the basis of requests and on the other hand - to serve as management tool for managing the economic entity. The records reflect efficient use of natural resources, social and environmental aspects. This information is important because it affects the securities transactions of the economic entity, generates goodwill of economic entity from stakeholders.
