Abstract
The article substantiates the need to introduce a new composition in Chapter 6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Administrative offenses that infringe on the health, sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and public morality” in the form of Article 6.1.2 “The commission of domestic violence that did not cause physical pain, failure to comply with a protective order or failure to pass a special correctional program”. The main object of illegal encroachment, the objective and subjective sides of the proposed composition are revealed and its subject is specified.
