Abstract

This study was to investigate the moderating effect of yoga participation experience on the effect of marital conflict on stress of middle-aged women, and to investigate the effect of yoga participation as a coping resource in recovering stress caused by marital conflict in middle-aged women. In order to conduct the study, the subjects of this study were women who are currently participating in yoga among married middle-aged women and sampled for about two months from January 2021. The survey method was to produce and distribute online questionnaires and to collect them, and 280 copies of the collected questionnaires were secured, excluding inappropriate data. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, marital conflict had a positive effect on stress.Second, the experience of yoga participation was found to alleviate the effect of marital conflict on stress.
