Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the combined exercise program using small tools on dementia-related factors and cognitive function by participating in the elderly women with mild cognitive impairment, and to present basic data for prevention of dementia and mental health management of elderly people with mild cognitive impairment. For this purpose, 18 elderly women who had been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment had no special exercise experience and had no mental and emotional history. After that, they conducted physical activities for 60 minutes per day for 3 times a week and 12 weeks, and the conclusions were obtained as follows.<BR>Results: First, there was a significant difference in A in the change of dementia-related factors before and after participating in the complex exercise program using small tools(p<.001), and there was a significant difference in BDNF(p<.01). Second, there was a significant difference in the change of cognitive function before and after participating in the complex exercise program using small tools(p<.05).<BR>Conclusion: In conclusion, the participation of complex exercise program using props in elderly women with mild cognitive impairment had a positive effect on dementia-related factors and cognitive function. The exercise program of this study was conducted for a short period of 12 weeks, so it is meaningful that it has a limitation to generalize, but the risk of injury is low, and the complex exercise using small tools that are not restricted by place and cost has been applied to identify positive changes in dementia related factors and cognitive function.,In addition, it is necessary to pay a lot of attention to the society to apply it, and in future studies, it is necessary to prepare a plan for the elderly with mild cognitive impairment to exercise repeatedly at home and to conduct more objective research by repeatedly measuring the effect for a long time.
