Abstract

The article reveals the features of the psychophysiological examination of specialists of the State Emergenciy Service of Ukraine, relating to the scientific, organizational and legal spheres. The presented results of the work allow us to create a holistic view of the regulatory framework of the examination, the organizational structure of the research process, methods and techniques of psychophysiological examination of specialists of the State Emergency Service.Introduction. Reducing the risks to the life and health of workers is one of the most important problems that the system of psychological support for the professional activity of professionals in risky industries is designed to solve. In the last decade, a significant number of scientists and researchers have made a significant contribution to its development. In SES of Ukraine, it found its solution through the mechanism of psychophysiological examination, which today is an example of an interdisciplinary problem that covers the scientific, organizational and legal spheres. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to reveal the essence and content of psychophysiological examination of employees of the SES of Ukraine.Methods. To achieve the aim and the tasks of the research a complex of interrelated research methods is used, the choice of which is caused by the content of the given problem: theoretical – analysis, synthesis, systematization and generalization of data of literary sources and normative legal acts on the problem of psychophysiological examination of employees of SES of Ukraine.Originality. Scientific novelty of the article is a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of psychophysiological examination of employees of the SES of Ukraine, finding out its essence and content for this category of specialists; regulatory framework and organizational structure. Conclusion. Thus, the revealed features of psychophysiological examination of employees of the SES of Ukraine allow to form a holistic view of the main aspects of psychophysiological study of specialists of rescue service. Legal aspects describe the existing regulatory framework of expertise; organizational aspects reveal the organizational structure of the process of psychophysiological examination of employees of SES; scientific aspects reflect the methodological foundations of this study.
