Abstract

Cognitive (epistemological) issues are increasingly under the scrutiny of researchers and readers. Conceptual inaccuracy in a modern language often becomes a problem of cognition and expression of one’s thoughts, which also affects the quality of communication. The author, on the basis of philological, theological, legal and other research, explores the phenomenon of bibleism (biblicism) in the theological and legal dimension. As a result, its positive and negative particularities are revealed. The possibilities of bibleism (biblicism) are sometimes used to influence the masses. But with the right attitude to this phenomenon and in certain situations it is possible to protect oneself from psychological manipulations, moreover, to enrich a person’s language and understanding of the world. The results and materials of the study can be used in the legal and religious spheres, when developing programs of spiritual, psychological and information security.
