Abstract

The article is devoted to the questions of e-commerce in Ukraine. Identified which areas of e-commerce are developing most rapidly in the economic space of our country. We examined trends in sales over the Internet in different categories of goods and services during the period from 2013 to 2017 years. It is determined that the main trends in the development of ecommerce in Ukraine are: increase loyalty and personalization, development of regional ecommerce, growth in mobile marketing, customer service improvement, multichannel. Analyzed the information, what goods and services Ukrainians were interested in using the Google search engine in 2017 year. Identified the main trends in the further development of ecommerce in Ukraine.
