It describes the concept of “solidary social responsibility”, defines the area of social responsibility of each subject and determines the forms of their responsibility. The article largely focuses on the study of the public life areas in which joint work of subjects of social responsibility and solidary responsibility for its results could contribute to the accelerated and sustainable development of the post-Soviet countries. The author states, that solidary social responsibility of power, business and civil society could promote to solve such urgent issues as the labour productivity increase, accumulation of human capital, poverty reduction, environmental improvement and fight against corruption. Based on the sociological analysis, the conclusion is drawn that certain differences in the interests of the subjects of responsibility, the lack of full trust between them, their lack of transparency, the weakness of communications between power, society and business, are the causes that hinder the process of establishing a stable solidary social responsibility of subjects, which could become effective only with the reciprocal serious efforts of the state, business and civil society.
