АНАЛІЗ СТРУКТУРИ ФОРМ СТАТИСТИЧНОЇ ЗВІТНОСТІ ЗАКЛАДІВ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ НА РЕГІОНАЛЬНОМУ РІВНІ

Abstract

The Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "On approval of reporting forms on the activities of general secondary education institutions and instructions for their completion" from 30.07.2021 № 868 and "On approval of summary tables on general secondary education" from 07.10.2021 № 1072 introduced new forms and summary tables on the activities of general secondary education institutions. Approved forms and summary tables comply with the regulations of existing legislation and provide an opportunity to analyze the state of the network of the general secondary education institutions. The article analyzes the regulations, that caused the changes in reporting, explores the benefits of implementing new indicators, including forms of obtaining an education. Changes in reporting concerning the form of learning by students in the general secondary education institutions (institutional (day, evening, correspondence, distance, network), individual (external, family (home), pedagogical patronage)) are detailed; indicators on certain categories of children: orphans and children deprived of parental care; extended day groups (added indicators for groups working at the expense of parents (philanthropists) and for groups for children with special educational needs); documents on general secondary education; about the premises and material and technical base; use of modern information technologies; providing means of correction of psychophysical development of persons with special educational needs; on gender issues are detailed. The article examines the legal documents for filling out sectorial reports for the beginning of 2021/2022. The study will be used to determine scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of information databases and summary data of statistical reporting for submission on time to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. Suggestions for further improvement of statistical reporting of the sector through the prism of analytical indicators at the regional level are provided. The model of formation of statistical reporting from the general secondary education institutions (GSEI) according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science "About data collection to the information and telecommunication system State Information System of Education in 2021/2022 academic year" from 01.09.2021 № 955 is presented.
