Abstract
13 Cr martensitic stainless steel, cast by Centrifugal process, is used for Suction Roll Shell in Paper Machine. But recently, the material made by Forging process, also comes on the stage.This paper is reported on the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, corrosion fatigue, notch sensitivity on fatigue and so on with comparison between each process.It was concluded that the corrosion fatigue and notch sensitivity depended on manufacturing process
