Abstract

The study reveals the significant credibility of future labour training and teachers, that meets the demands of the up-to-date society and requires the pedagogical workers, who are able to work in a modern socio-economic conditions .The integrity of this phenomenon is highlighted in direct correlation with the process of professional training of the institutions of higher pedagogical education, educational process of the institutions of general secondary education, which envisages the project-technological activity of students in the lessons of labor training and technology. The formation of the required level of competence among students depends on the teacher`s skill, in particular, on the level of formation of his own competence. On the basis of the analysis of scientific researches it is proved that traditionally training was considered in the context of students' labour training. The labour training of the young generation aimed at the formation of technical and technological and knowledge, practical skills necessary for students to acquire a future profession, improving their overall vital competence and making the level of personal and family life better is actualized in modern conditions of development of socio-economic relations, productive forces of the society. Studying the problem of formation of competence of different specialists in domestic and foreign sources has made it possible to ascertain that in the pedagogical theory the accumulated experience has been gained in solving it. At the same time, there was a lack of systematic and complex nature in the formation of competence of future teachers of labour training and as an unambiguous interpretation of this concept. Taking into consideration the specifics and the fact that its formation is achieved by the content of education, the concept of economic competence of the future teacher of labour training and technology is explained. The multidimensional coverage of this problem is aimed at comprehensive disclosure of the specific qualities of future specialists and their further consideration by higher educational institutions in the process of professional training.
