БІЗНЕС-ПЛАНУВАННЯ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ДОСЯГНЕННЯ СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ ЦІЛЕЙ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract

The article discusses certain aspects of strategic planning and business planning in modern organizations. The strategic planning stages are given. There are three types of business plans that are used in the formal planning process as a function and the basic technology of business management: corporate (managerial) business plans; business plans of projects aimed at planning and managing projects implemented within the framework of this enterprise; targeted business plans aimed at making individual decisions related to business management.The main difficulties of strategic planning, features and problems of developing business plans in the domestic business environment are highlighted. These include: the impossibility of a detailed description of the future, of what the company seeks when choosing this position, a large amount of time and resources; negative consequences due to errors in strategic planning; lack of a clear strategic planning algorithm. It is noted that the Ukrainian legislation does not fix the mandatory development of a business plan.Considered the relationship of strategic and business planning. At the level of strategic planning the purpose is formed, and with the help of business planning it is concretized. At the indicator level, the link between strategic planning and business planning is seen as a translation of strategic purposes into a system of specific indicators.The article proposed to consider the relationship of strategic and business planning at the level of interaction and staff motivation. The interrelation of strategic planning and business planning at the personnel level is manifested in the fact that, through the degree of fulfillment of the planned indicators, one can indirectly judge the effectiveness of the work of the executors (business units). High efficiency of fulfillment of planned tasks is achieved when the goals and values of employees are consistent with the goals and values of the enterprise as a whole, which proves the degree of understanding of the enterprise strategy.The use of the control system allows you to eliminate the causes of deviations from the planned business plans. Conclusions about the possibility of using business planning as a tool to achieve the strategic goals of the organization were made.
