Abstract

The article is devoted to the current state of implementation of state policy in the field of education in the territories of Russian municipalities. A special place in the article is given to the delimitation of powers in the field of education between state authorities and local self-government bodies. The article presents current data on the implementation of the National Project “Education” in the territories of municipalities and highlights the actual problems of the activities of local governments involved in the implementation of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the education.
